Esiste un posto magico in cui l’idolatria greca di Castore e Polluce si mescola con l’Eros bendato di Igor Mitoraj, ad affermare la contestuale grandezza e decadenza degli Dei.
Siamo ad Akragas, poi Agrigentum, ma per i siciliani Girgenti, patria di Sciascia e Pirandello, incardinata tra gli ulivi e i mandorli della Valle dei Templi.

E qui, ad Agrigento, presenteremo il libro “SFIZI.DI.POSTA. La storia attraverso la posta, la posta attraverso la storia”, edito da Cosmo Iannone Editore.

L’appuntamento, organizzato dal Centro Culturale Editoriale Pier Paolo Pasolini e presentato da Gianfranco Jannuzzo, è fissato per GIOVEDI’ 29 AGOSTO 2024 ALLE ORE 19:30 nella suggestiva cornice delle Fabbriche Chiaramontane in via San Francesco d’Assisi n.1, Agrigento.

I saluti introduttivi saranno di Beniamino BIONDI, direttore delle Fabbriche Chiaramontane, e di Maurizio MASONE, presidente del Centro Culturale Pasolini.

A dialogare con l’autore saranno Gianfranco JANNUZZO e Attilio DALLI CARDILLO, storico e presidente della Società Agrigentina di Storia Patria.

Modererà la serata Salvatore INDELICATO, noto e apprezzato scrittore agrigentino.

Al termine, l’autore sarà disponibile per il classico firmacopie.
